In collaboration with Bryan Adams, based on his upcoming book Sell The Truth.

Your employer reputation forms online before a candidate ever applies, shaped by reviews, social posts, your careers site, and the digital footprint your people leave behind. This course helps recruiters and hiring managers stop spectating their own reputation and start shaping it on purpose. Learners diagnose what their organisation is actually known for, read the signals that move it, and build a reputation grounded in truth rather than spin, the kind that compounds over time.

Learning Goals:

Treat reputation as a capability signal, not a sentiment. Understand that reputation tells candidates what your organisation is believed to be capable of next, and why capable people read those signals most closely.

Diagnose your reputation. Use a clear diagnostic to identify what you are known for, what you want to be known for, and where the gap is quietly costing you.

Read and act on reputation signals across channels. Spot patterns in what candidates, employees, and the market say online, and respond with intentional storytelling rather than reactive messaging.

Build a reputation people actually believe. Move from diagnosis to action using truth as the foundation, so your reputation strengthens every quarter instead of needing constant rescue.

Pain Points Solved:

Reputation forming online with no intentional input from the TA team

Capable candidates trusting competitors because your presence reads as spin

Reactive, one-off messaging that never compounds into a credible reputation
