We’ve made exciting updates to our platform this month, enhancing the login experience for candidates, making it easier for users to switch between accounts, and enabling integration with even more Learning Systems. Plus, we’re now using advanced AI transcription technology to deliver content in more languages at no extra cost to customers!

Enhancements We’ve Made:

• OAuth for XAPI Integration:

We now support OAuth authentication alongside basic authentication, enabling seamless integration with a broader range of Learning Systems, including Degreed. With XAPI, you can now consolidate all your learning data in one place for easier reporting and analysis, streamlining your workflow and gaining clearer insights.

• Login Improvements for Candidates:

A new and improved login experience allows candidates to change their language and easily switch between signup and login tabs on the registration page. This delivers a smoother, more accessible login process, improving the candidate experience as they access expert-led training to prepare for interviews.

• Account Switching Made Easy:

Admins can now switch between accounts effortlessly with the new 'Switch Account' button, allowing them to manage multiple accounts, including separate ones for external candidates, in just a few clicks. This streamlines the process, helping to keep candidate data distinct and simplifying account management.

• OpenAI Whisper Transcription:

We are now using OpenAI Whisper for transcribing all our content. This enables us to and offer content in many more languages at no additional cost to customers, improving accessibility for global teams.
